About ICAR Exam

The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) is the apex body for coordinating, guiding, and managing research and education in agriculture in the entire country under the aegis of DARE, Ministry of Agriculture, and Farmers Welfare. The National Agricultural Research and Education and Extension System of India is one of the best agricultural research systems in India. ICAR (Indian Council of Agricultural Research) AIEEA is a national-level entrance exam that is conducted all over India. This exam is conducted for those candidates who want to pursue undergraduate and postgraduate courses offered by all top universities of ICAR AIEEA 2023. The exam is organized for those candidates who want to take admitted to agriculture courses at various institutes affiliated with the Indian Council of Agricultural Research.

ICAR 2023 AIEEA Exam Pattern

ICAR AIEEA 2023 exam date have been announced. It will be held on the 26th, 27th, 28th, and 29th of April 2023. Candidates can check it through the NTA website.

The ICAR AIEEA 2023 Admit Card will be released in April 2023 which is available on the official website https://icar.nta.nic.in that is downloaded only online mode.

To enter the examination center students must have one valid ID proof with admit card at the examination hall.

AIEEA UG

Candidates get to know about the type & mode of questions, time duration, marking pattern, language, subjects, number of questions and streams are mention below:

• 1. The duration of the exam will be 150 minutes. The extra 50 minutes will be provided for visually challenged or blind candidates.
• 2. The exam will be conducted online mode.
• 3. The test paper will be consisting of 3 sections, that is PCB, PCM, PCA, and ACB as per subjects.
• 4. ICAR subjects are Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, and Agriculture.
• 5. 150 questions will be asked from each subject.
• 6. The question paper will be of multiple-choice objective-type questions.
• 7. The ICAR AIEEA UG question paper will be 600 marks.
• 8. For each correct answer, 4 marks will be awarded.
• 9. For each incorrect response, 1 mark will be deducted from the overall score.
• 10. The question paper will be bilingual in English and Hindi.
